Intensive Business Health Check

This session will address the ‘Top 3 Burning Issues’ and bring together the findings from key diagnostic tools to assess your business’s high level financial performance and stability, tax compliance risk, appropriateness of corporate structure, and will also benchmark your business against industry averages.
PROCESS
Prior to the workshop, our business advisor will assess your financial and structure information and compare them to industry benchmarks. We will then present the findings to key stakeholders to invite robust discussions.
Using the results from the Growth and Profit diagnostic and another key selected diagnostic, our business advisor will facilitate this session to help you:
