An exciting opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant / Client Service Coordinator to join our Wealth Advisory division. The role will provide executive assistant support to the Director of Morrows Private Wealth as well as provide Client Service Coordinator support to the Principal and advisers as required.

The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach, meticulous eye for detail and be a strong team player, ideally from professional services or corporate environment, with exposure to financial planning a strong advantage. You will be part of a well supported team.

With recent business growth, you will be kept busy in this varied role and will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Directors workflow and correspondence, prioritising tasks and filtering action items as they arise
  • Preparing client documents for financial planning (application forms, investment administration forms, etc)
  • Accurate maintenance of client databases and information
  • Liaising with clients and third parties via phone and email
  • General office administration including, scanning, printing, filing, sorting mail & answering phones
  • Working and supporting the Principal and wider team of Advisers

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy with a meticulous eye for detail
  • A sound administration background with a high level of organisation
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your workflow
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be a go-getter and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time whilst having a calm approach
  • Have the ability to think on your feet
  • Experience liaising with external and internal stakeholders regarding client matters and issues
  • Previously worked in a similar professional services environment with exposure to financial planning/wealth management
  • Experience with Xplan and Salesforce will be an advantage
