Our Process

The Morrows value-adding approach is a three step process

STEP 1

The first step of the MPW approach is to address your:

  • lifestyle goals
  • taxation affairs (including your structural taxation position)
  • budgeting and cash-flow requirements
  • investment planning requirements
  • wealth protection contingency planning
  • retirement planning including income streams and savings
  • estate planning; and finally,
  • your product recommendations to add value through quality advice rather than simply selling you product on relationships.

STEP 2

The second part of our process utilises a risk profile testing regime. This process catergorises your risk tolerance into portfolio asset allocations ranging from low growth conservative portfolios to more aggressive high growth portfolios. We differentiate ourselves in this process through our relationship with Grove Research & Advisory Pty Ltd ( Grove) our independent asset consultants. Grove utilise worldwide research to independently assess and reconcile our recommended asset allocations to market forecasts and expectations.

STEP 3

Step three involves a unique system of classifying your attitudes and values and supporting them with appropriate service deliverables, education and on going communication. We call it ‘Consultative Client Management'. Put simply, it involves you completing a self assessment of your personal attitudes to wealth management. From this process we align and tailor a service offering that best fits the way you would want to manage your money going forward. The advantage of the Morrows Value-Adding Three Step Process is to recognise that individuals are different. Our service delivery models are designed to accommodate those differences.
