New Morrows Service: HR Advisory

The potential of your people and their impact on your business is enormous and every person, team and business is unique. Morrows has seen an organic increase in clients accessing advice from our Strategic HR advice team for practical long term and ad hoc solutions.

The growth in this area has given us pause to consider that there may be many other clients who need this service but don’t know it exists within Morrows. Based on these considerations, we’ve decided to offer flexible, forward-thinking advice and project-based support externally to our current or any new clients that require it. It is a natural extension of our multi-discipline approach to servicing and advising you by providing the highest quality advisors so you can make the best decisions in your business.

Who are we and how can we help?

Strategic Human Resources advice can cover a wide range of areas from contract development, performance management, cultural change, policy, procedure, recruitment, leadership, learning and development, remuneration, just to name a few.  To maximise our use of resources, Morrows’ focus will be on the areas of best fit with our expertise and that will add most value to clients. Helen Grigg, our own Manager Strategic HR, has a Masters and is a highly trained and skilled practitioner with deep experience.  Kristen Corless, our HR Advisor, has Policy and Psychology as her grounding – meaning that together, they have a lot to offer.

How to get started

The process of increasing people outcomes is complex and often requires specialist skills. If you are interested in expanding and growing your business as well as getting greater leverage from your people then you may benefit from support and advice in this area.  To discuss your thoughts and goals, contact Helen Grigg directly by phone on 03 9690 5700, email, hgrigg@morrows.com.au, or ask your regular advisor to connect you. This month’s staff profile will give you some background on Helen and will also be introducing her to you through the normal course of business activities.
