Work/Life Balance in our High Performance Culture

We believe it is important to keep your work/life balance and develop a high performance culture. Morrows encourages employees to be actively involved in achieving this through many social events.

Staff are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of work/life balance activities which include:

Christmas Party and End of Financial Year Party

Both events allow Morrows staff to let their hair down and enjoy a great night out. Recent activities include a Lawn Bowls day in Williamstown and Curling at the Icehouse, where employees were pitted against each other in teams to win the coveted Morrows trophies.

Yarrawonga Weekend

Usually held in March, the Yarrawonga weekend is eagerly anticipated by all staff. The weekend is full activities such as waterskiing, a boat cruise and a couple of relaxing drinks by the lake.

Landcare Tree Planting

Morrows actively looks for ways in which we can help the community. One fresh Saturday morning we donned gum boots and work gloves and participated in a Tree Planting Day ran by Landcare on farmland that was burnt out by bushfires. To read please click here.

Corsa Serale

A Morrows syndicate is the proud part owner of a filly that has achieved track glory - two firsts and multiple places. She is a half sister to Sera Cielo who has already won four races, including one at Caulfield. With 20 members in the syndicate the race day excursions are great fun.
