Administration Assistant
Morrows Pty Ltd is a multi-discipline practice located at Freshwater Place, Southbank. We are seeking an enthusiastic junior administration assistant to join our team. Working within a supportive, friendly and energetic team environment, the key responsibilities of this position are to provide internal administration support. The role includes but is not limited to: daily reception relief, daily errands, scanning, client disbursements, ordering and control of internal stationery and staff amenities manage and co-ordinate in house seminars.
Successful applicants will desirably be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience.
Key selection criteria:
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by email and letter to all levels of the organisation.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Stationery and staff amenity stock control
- General administrative support skills
- VCE graduate
Additionally the successful candidate will have a mature outlook and be prepared to pick up any additional tasks as part of the administration team to help the office flow smoothly. This is a full-time position where prior experience in a similar environment will be looked on favourably. This is an entry level role whereby the right candidate will be offered growth to further develop their career.

- Experience with Xplan financial planning software advantageous
- Strong MS Office skills
- RG146 compliant
- Experience working in the financial planning and banking sectors
- Graduates and or currently engaged in an undergraduate degree
