Alistair joined Morrows as a Senior Consultant in July 2008. Having begun his own practice in 1980, he founded Commercial Advisory Group in 1998. CAG was an integrated financial services practice operating from Southbank. After some years of successful operations and expansion, the firm was acquired by WHK Horwath which saw Alistair engaged with that group as a Principal before ultimately joining Morrows. Alistair considered that Morrows was an advanced version of CAG having similar values and offering a full range of financial services that are so valuable to SME and high net worth individuals. Great location too.
In his consulting role, business services, tax and corporate advisory are provided to a diverse client base with a specialisation in sport and media/entertainment. He acts as a Board Member for certain clients who have an ongoing need for the skills at a high level. In addition to his professional engagements, he been directly involved in a number of clubs and community organisations facilitating sport and fundraising. Alistair has been a Director Geelong Football Club since December 2004 and acts as Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee.
